WFI Funding
Now in its third year, the Women and Financial
Independence program continues to successfully
educate Smith students and community members about
financial literacy. Several organizations and
individuals have joined Goldman Sachs in supporting
WFI. The Starr Foundation of New York has committed
$100,000 and Citigroup has given $20,000. Many
of the companies that manage Smith’s endowment–Alternative
Investment Group, Iridian Asset Management, Lazard
Asset Management, Lighthouse Partners, Montag
and Caldwell, and Pine Grove Associates–have
contributed to WFI’s Investment Club endowment.
