Meridians Has New Publisher
In June 2003, Meridians—an international,
peer-reviewed, feminist interdisciplinary journal
funded by the Ford Foundation—marked the
completion of its third year of publication. The
Indiana University Press is Meridians’s
new publisher. To date, the journal has published
146 authors and reached an audience of several
thousand, including over 736 subscribers. A recent
issue included a tribute to June Jordan, along
with pieces by Angela Davis, Ruth Forman, and
Lucille Clifton.
