The required Common Application Supplements for first-year, transfer and international students will be available from the Common Application Web site by mid-September. The supplement is easy to complete and contains one or two short answer questions as indicated below. There is no additional essay required.

SAT I or ACT scores are now optional for U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents. Standardized tests (SAT I, ACT, TOEFL or IELTS as appropriate) are required for international students.
SAT II subject tests are optional for any applicant. Whether required or optional, scores must come directly from the testing agency and will not be accepted from the high school transcript.
