You don't have to take our word for the claims we make about Smith. Come check us out yourself. Only by visiting Smith's campus can you sense the college's energy, its rhythm and enthusiasm.
The Office of Admission can be reached by sending email or by calling (800) 383-3232 (within the U.S. and Canada) or (413) 585-2500.
If you are planning on staying overnight you can find a list of local accommodations here.
Joining a campus tour is a great way to get a quick overview of Smith. Tours usually last about an hour, but can be longer or shorter as your schedule and interests dictate.
Tour times:
Monday-Friday: 10 and 11 a.m.; 1 and 3 p.m.
Saturdays (July 12-August 23): 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Saturdays (September 6-January 24): 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Our campus tours are led by student volunteers. At certain times of the year, like academic breaks and holidays, current students are not available. At these times, we will give you a map of campus and a walking guide. Thanks for your understanding.

You can sit in on virtually any of Smith's courses to sample classes you may take as a Smith student. (View our online course guide.) The Office of Admission has a class schedule so you can choose the size and format (seminar, colloquium or lecture) as well as the subject of the classes you visit.
If you'd like to speak with a faculty member in more depth, you can chat after class or arrange another mutually convenient meeting. The Office of Admission will give you names of professors in any academic area.

Each year the Office of Admission offers an open house in mid-November, usually on Veteran's Day. Discussion panels, class visits and campus tours are offered along with the opportunity to meet other prospective Ada Comstock scholars.
