Students must not wait until they have been accepted to Smith to apply for aid. Please see the financial aid policy page for details. Financial aid information and forms can be found on the Smith Student Financial Services Web site.

	Part I Application with application fee or application fee waiver

	On campus interview or a telephone interview if distance makes it impossible to visit campus. (Please bring unofficial copies of college transcript(s) to the interview.)

	Part II Application

	Official college transcript(s). Candidates are expected to present at least 32 liberal arts credits.

	Official high school transcript or GED certificate

	Reference forms (2)

	Autobiographical essay

	Résumé

	Midterm evaluation form

	Photocopies of course descriptions for all college courses completed and in progress. For information about transfer credit, click here.
